The cost for a routine or urgent care house call is $350.00 per visit, payable at the time of service only.  I accept cash or local checks only. Some surgical procedures may entail additional professional fees (ask me for fee schedule). Dynacare will bill you separately for lab work I send to them. I do not do any insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or State Industrial billing. I prefer to spend my valuable and limited time directly caring for my patients. I will provide you with documentation of our visit with the appropriate diagnosis and procedure codes if you would like to submit them yourself to your insurance company for reimbursement.

     I do not have x-ray, ultrasound, MRI, or EKG equipment. If your needs require one of these tests or any other advanced diagnostic test or service that I do not feel that I can safely provide for you in your home I will refer you to a healthcare provider who can meet these needs. I am not equipped to deal with life threatening emergencies in the home. If you are faced with one of these, please call 911 immediately!


     You will find that I will spend as much time with you as you want, I will explain everything related to your visit that you want to know about, and I will answer all of your questions. I believe education, communication, and teamwork are essential to good healthcare.  I strive to be very available to care for my patients as their needs arise but please understand that I, as an individual practitioner, will also have personal time commitments (like occasional sleep!).
